Incorporating BPM and HR

When I was trolling through some BPM Forums I came across this white paper. Posted on BPMEnterprise.com it discusses the "integration" between HR and BPM. The paper was written by Wipro Technologies and covers the process that their team of employees went through. As the paper states:

"This white paper attempts to cover Wipro’s strategies and it’s use of HR self-service, collaboration and community solutions for the employees, branded as Channel [W]."
