In latest news, IBM has reported their latest release, a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution. This new service meets more needs, since it is more "flexible" and customizable based on organizational needs. Ken Bisconti, vice president, products and strategy, IBM Enterprise Content Management, explained the benefits of this new venture:

IBM's focus on agility with ECM software helps clients address many important challenges, such as how to globally integrate solutions with immense volumes of information and optimize their processes while managing regulatory requirements."
