REW Npower adopts BPM

In a recent article at CIO, they talk about how RWE Npower has successfully improved its processes thanks to the adoption of BPM. In April of 2007, they began implementing BPM with IDS Scheer ARIS software. Their goal was to identify and track current processes and set standards. This has been successful so far and their next goals are to improve performance management and to improve how enterprise architecture is set up for business processes.
